Reporting to the Executive Director, the Caseworker is required to:

  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide professional services to clients
  • Supervise and co-ordinate youth programs
  • Work with youth individually and in groups, to ensure that participants are connected to community services
  • Provide individual and group support related to housing, employment, education, finances, medical/ legal appointments and life skills
  • Work with parents, guardians and volunteers
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and resourcefulness


Degree or Diploma in Human Services



Minimum of 2 years of employment in a social services setting



  •  Bilingual



·       Above average written and verbal communication

·       Above average computer  skills

·       Professional,  courteous,  client-focused,  energetic,  team player

·       Knowledge of Child and Family Services Act

·       Risk Management proficiency

·       Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle

·       Vulnerable Sectors Check required at time of hire

·       Excellent presentation  skills for small groups and committees
